ADMINISTRATION


If you don't want to have any kind of concern and/or responsibility for your condominium, don't worry, we'll take over the administration of your condominium for you.


MANAGEMENT


If you want to take on the role of Administrator, but don't have the time and/or don't want to deal with the bureaucracy of the condominium and just need some support, don't worry. You can count on us to give you all the support you need during your time as Administrator.


MAINTENANCE


By using partner companies that specialize in maintenance (plumbers, painters, elevators, electricians, etc.) we can respond to all kinds of problems in your home or building.


CLEANING


By using partner companies that specialize in cleaning, we are able to provide cleaning services for your condominium, home, offices or gardens.


Legal Support


The legal service for condominiums offers specialized support in the legal and administrative management of properties. It includes advice on legislation, drafting internal regulations, resolving conflicts between owners and monitoring legal proceedings related to the condominium.

  • Convocation of General Assemblies and drafting of the respective minutes;
  • Preparation of the expense and income budget for each calendar year;
  • Issuance and collection of condominium fees;
  • Issuance of receipts;
  • Issuance of payment schedules for fees;
  • Issuance of requests for the collection of overdue fees;
  • Preparation of the annual report of condominium accounts for subsequent approval by the co-owners;
  • Payment of ordinary and extraordinary condominium expenses.

PREMIUM PACK

Complete management of the condominium, including logistical and administrative management. Prices from 100€

  • Issuance of receipts;
  • Issuance of payment schedules for fees;

  • Representation of the condominium before third parties and public entities;
  • Preventive visits to the condominium as per contract (monthly);
  • Telephone support available 24 hours a day for emergency situations;
  • Visits to the building, whenever requested, to resolve emergency situations;
  • Management of all maintenance and repair services for the common areas;
  • Ensuring compliance with mandatory inspections, including insurance, elevators, fire extinguishers, or gas;
  • Payment of ordinary and extraordinary condominium expenses.
